The Buchtrailer Award is an international competition for german-speaking film and media students by Club Bertelsmann. Participants are asked to produce a video trailer for one of the selected books - the best ones had been rewarded at the award ceremony in Berlin.
Together with my colleague Anna Flick I produced a trailer for the book "Die weißen Lichter von Paris" by Theresa Revay. Winning the first prize with our project was just great and made us very happy!
My name is Markus Lubej, I am 24 years old and currently living in Vienna, working on various projects within the fields of film, arts and design. Although I am concentrating on everything that could be categorized as "moving images" I am able to draw upon my skills in graphic, web, and exhibition design I developed during my studies. I love to put energy and time into learning and creating new things with people who are easy-going and enthusiastic about the same visions.
